When i try to read a load profile in a range of time of Elster A1800, i recive Access Error : Device reports Read-Write denied, but when i try to read the values individually goes ok.
Reading profile generic using start and end time might cause problems with some meters. Some meters expect that date and time are given in a restricted format. Example minutes and seconds are set to zero or deviation is not used, etc. Also some profile generic can be read only totally and read by entry and range are not implemented at all.
Try to read your meter with GXDLMSDirector. If you can't read the value from the meter, then try to change the date and time settings from the "Advanced" tab from the meter settings. I hope it will help you to read your meter.
