Hi,

I have been trying to use OBIS Codes that are different from the one used in the Gurux DLMS Simulator but I'm unable to do so. Can you help me or guide me on how to use different set of OBIS codes than the ones used already in the Gurux Simulator?

Looking forward to a quick response.

Thanks,
Nakul Gupta

Hi Nakul,

Hi Nakul,

The easiest way is if you edit the xml template file. You can add new objects, remove them or change OBIS code.

Hi,

Hi,

Thanks for the response. I was trying to change the XML file but I am unable to understand certain tags like <Value> tag which has different parameters for different OBIS codes and its descriptions. Is there any way I can know about these parameters, like for which type of value which parameter should be passed and with what value?

Hi,

Hi,

Values depend on the object type and it must be the same. I'm afraid that it's not easy, but you can look
description the COSEM objects from here:

Mikko
