Because this is Instantaneous Energy Values there is only one row. I believe that this is an issue with the meter. Try to read it with a normal read. I hope it will help.

Select "Supported Services" tab from the meter settings and un-check "Access" service. Your meter tells that the Access service is supported when the connection is made, but it seems that meter really doesn't support it.
