Hi,

Hi,

The checksum is invalid in the meter reply. Is this happening all the time? You should ask if there is a firmware update available.

Hi Kurumi,

Hi Kurumi,
Thank you very much for your quick reply.
Yes, we tried sending SNRM request for these meters multiple time and every time we are getting same response. And that we see this kind of response from few meters. Other meters of same meter make are reading perfectly. Anyway let me check with firmware once and update you the same.

Thanking very much once again!

Hi Pavan,

Hi Pavan,

It might be that the communication channel is not good and messages are corrupted on the way, but check that firmware is the same.

Hi Mikko,

Hi Mikko,
We verified the communication channel multiple times. Everything seems to right. Then we though fault may be with the meter.

Hi, We faced similar issue

Hi, We faced similar issue when testing with L&T. The mistake we made was with the cable connection. If you are using RS-232 or RS-485, pls do complete circuitry connection as specified in data sheet not just RX and TX.
