I am USING is 15959-2 meter with Gurux DLMS Client for the case of MD Reset and Billing profile.
I am not getting any billing record through the Action schedule(ic-22) which invokes MD Reset script(ic-9) for the following case.
case: Power off event occurred which includes the SET execution time for(End-of Billing Period).
after the power restored and the set End of Billing time expired,when i am trying to read Billing profile generic,client through the message 'Insufficient Memory"
the issue not happening if there is no power off event and As per set schedule time MD Rest happens and I am getting the Billing record.
can you please look into the matter why its creating the issue if meter Power off happens.

I'm sorry to say, but I can't help you with this because this is the meter issue. You need to ask the meter manufacturer to fix it.
