In my meter control mode in disconnect control is 4, and i am doing remote connect and remote disconnect, as per IS 15959, transaction event 159 relay function enabled and 160 relay function disabled event comes, is it ok?
or i have to change control mode? is dlms allow to change control mode?

In my mind this is correct. You don't change control_mode. Change output_state and control_state.
