If you select Pdu and Comments from Trace menu in GXDLMSDirector you can see data without ciphering.

I have one more doubt regarding this. Currently image transfer happening. But its taking 10- 15 minutes through GPRS connection(Serial communication-GXDLMSDirecter also taking long time.)
Is there any solution to reduce the transfer time ?

Updating the image might take a long time and it's causing problems when you are communicating over the air. Is sending the image taking more time or verifying the image?
A verifying image might take a long time with some meters. Ig image size is huge, there is no easy way to improve the performance.
