Are there demo smart meters around? I mean, real smart meters, that can be accessed remotely for test purposes without having to buy, install, maintain them?

Hi,

No. There are lots of differences between the smart meters and it always depends from the client what kind of functionality they want. You need to use Gurux DLMS simulator

Thanks. I am new to the subject. Seems to exist lot of room for improvements and gurux.fi is doing a great job in this context (proper open source framework).

Hi Mikko,

Is that demo shall I use it instead of meters? Will that demo or server possible to run on serial other than ethernet. One more doubt this sample crystal whatever you have shared will work for profile generic also. Please help me, my meter has some issues, so it will really help me to complete.
