I was downloading association from meter and when I tried to load it back (using GXDLMSObjectCollection.load and save) I got XMLStreamException.
[Fatal Error] :-1:-1: Invalid byte 1 of 1-byte UTF-8 sequence.

It looks like, there is long dash. I tried to search the origin of description, but I could not find it. Is it supposed to be in OBISCodes.txt?
I don't know, if the error is just on my side or it is problem with XML or some descriptions have wrong dashes. Or maybe it is just problem with encoding?

I tried that on version 4.0
I tried that on version 4.0.16. Latest version is the same, but I only tried to load from file, not to download it again. I'll try that soon.
I can send you the downloaded file so you can test it. Maybe there is problem with encoding, when the file is created. My default OS encoding is windows-1250.

This is fixed to version 4.0.20. '-' char is changed to minus char and now this is not causing problems.
