Gurux DLMS for Java

Hello there,

I'm really struggling reading a determined OBIS code directly with JAVA.
I have been authenticated and I have access to the Association view but I would like to read a concrete OBIS code, I haven't find any documentation for doing this.

Can you give me please any hint?

Best regards,
Borinot

Hi Borinot,

Hi Borinot,

Client example loops all COSEM objects in association view and reads them all. If you don't want to read association view and you want to read value directly, you need to know Logical Name and Object Type.

If you want to read data object you can do it like this:

GXDLMSData d = new GXDLMSData("LOGICAL NAME");

com.read(d, 2);

#2 is attribute index that you want to read.

BR,
Mikko
