I am doing a program to read the load profile in a smart meter, but I can not do tests because I do not have any DLMS meter.

Is there a simulator or some ip /port where I can do some test?

Hi,

There is a simulator for all programming languages. Name of the project is something like:
Gurux.DLMS.Server.Example.[Programming language].
