Hi,
we are trying to read the ISKRAEMECO MT372 using the Gurux Software. We use the optical interface for it. We set the media to serial but the meter does not respond. Do you know if DLMS-COSEM is automatically active for the optical port of these meters? We do not have the configuration software. Or what else could be the problem?
DLMS/COSEM is not default protocol. You must start using IEC 62056-21 and switch to mode E. After that you can use DLMS. You can see how to do this by downloading source code of GXDLMSDirector from SourceForge.net.
Here is a link to a sample that helps you to read LG and Iscraemecon meters.
Iskra uses LocigalName and LG does not.
ClientID and Server ID of LG are 0x21 and 0x3.
Gurux does not prefer to publish user E-mail addresses at Gurux Forum. This is simply a privacy question. That is reason why this message has been emptied, it included only an E-mail address from "angin 16" (a registered member of our community).

Cosem1.UseLogicalNameReferencing = False
Cosem1.ClientID = (byte) 0x21;
Cosem1.ServerID = (byte) 0x3;
