Hello
Gurux sounds great open-source project and I have studied about it in net and its website since last month, but I'm really confuse to use it in my project.
The first issue is the making connection to Actaris Meters and reading DLMS-COSEM protocol. I found and studied all posts and their replies but at all it's not clear that it's possible or impossible, and of course the first step is access to client-id and server-id which is not exist.
The second issue is using the component in java programming.
We do not have any Actaris meter in our office, but you can try to set Client ID to 0x10 (16) and Server ID to 0x3 (3). Those are default values.
Next week I will write a blog where I tell what those values are coming from.
There is a little problem with Actaris 7000. According Actaris there is two different versions available from 7000. If version is SL762, it is Spanish version that is implemented with the protocol IEC870-5. This vesion do not support DLMS/COSEM. There is DLMS label in the cover of the device, but that is not true. This is a little confusing. :-(
If version is SL761, DLMS/COSEM is supported and you can use our products.
We will add blog how to use DLMS component from Java later on.
We have released new version from GXDLMSDirector.
It supports Actaris. There are still something to do, because Actaris handles the data differently, but you can see that communication works and you can see the data.
We will continue adding support to Actaris and make it really readable.

C# settings are like this:
