I use the event log 0.1.99.98.4.255.
I create a device in ami, read the event log, the number of events is 51 (attribute with index 7 in table GxTask). An event occurs in the counter. I read the log data, in attribute 7 the number is 52 (table GxTask), the number of log entries in the table is 51 (table GxValue).
Please tell me what could be the reason.
GuruxDirector reads logs correctly.
What is the timestamp of the new event? All profile generics are reading only the data that has occurred after the last succeeded read. Verify first that it's newer.

When you read the events the first time it will read all data from the meter. When you read the meter a second time you try to read with a given range. You give start time and end time.

As far as I know, in AMI you cannot set the period for requesting profiles from the device. Option "All" is set in AMI. Where can this period come from and why, in this case, new data are not written to table GXValue, although in table GXTask the correct quantity is returned (attribute 7) and the last event is written in attribute 2.
GuruxDirector reads events correctly, the problem occurs in GuruxAMI. The message above contains a log of GuruxAMI.
All data is read for the first time. The reason for this is that all the meters are not supporting read by entry. and we simply don't know what is the first row.
After that new rows are read after the last read row.
Are only those two rows missing all the time and the amount of the missing rows are not increasing?
If I read correctly from your DB there should be 75 rows and now there are 73. Is that correct?
Yes, that's right, there are 75 records in the device, in base 73. On an empty base, all events are read for the first time, on subsequent readings of the object, events are not accumulated in the database, clearing table GXValues does not help.
It is noticed that after reading the event log in table GXAttribute, the date of reading the attribute in field "Read" is set. After that, when reading the event log, no new events are written. If the value of this field is set to "0001-01-01 00:00:00", new events are written to the database.
Your meter is returning a strange date-time field. It says that deviation is not used and it's OK, but then there is a skipped flag and it's saying that some of the data is not used.

This will cause that data is not saved to the DB.
You need to ask from the meter manufacturer what is the idea of this? I believe that this a meter issue.
The date format is correct. Problems is Clock_status. Now it's value is 0x20, but in DLSM standard bit #5 is reserved. When data is read next time status is 05. This means that date-time value is invalid and a different clock base is used. This is also an error. I realized that clock status information is not shown to the user.
Because I don't have your meter I can's say for sure what is causing this. Can you select "Ignore Time Zone" from the meter settings in "Advanced" tab? Try to read the meter with GXDLMSDirector and paste trace here. Let see if it will solve the problem.
When you read data with GXDLMSDirector there is only one row in the meter. When you read the meter with AMI, the meter returns invalid date-time.

Correct me if I'm wrong, in file Reader.cs, in loop "foreach (GXStructure row in (GXArray)val)", you must clear flag "read = false", otherwise new records will not be added to the database.

Your meter is returning a strange date-time field. It says that deviation is not used and it's OK, but then there is a skipped flag and it's saying that some of the data is not used.

The date format is correct. Problems is Clock_status. Now it's value is 0x20, but in DLSM standard bit #5 is reserved. When data is read next time status is 05. This means that date-time value is invalid and a different clock base is used. This is also an error. I realized that clock status information is not shown to the user.
Because I don't have your meter I can's say for sure what is causing this. Can you select "Ignore Time Zone" from the meter settings in "Advanced" tab? Try to read the meter with GXDLMSDirector and paste trace here. Let see if it will solve the problem.

When you read data with GXDLMSDirector there is only one row in the meter. When you read the meter with AMI, the meter returns invalid date-time.
