You can use example with Gurux. Try without authentication first.
Our clients are reading them using TCP/IP connection so I can't say for sure but
if the meter doesn't reply change the Start protocol from DLMS to IEC.
i try with these parameters in the attached picture , but no work

Our clients are reading Sanxing SX meters. If your meters are supporting DLMS there should be no reason why you can't.

Select Advanced and try to change the baud rate. The easiest is if you ask correct settings from the meter manufacturer.
