we are using the standar configuration. Do we have to change something on it?

Thank you

Hi,

I believe that you try to read your meter with authentication level None. If that is true, you can see only data object 0.0.42.0.0.255 and association view. You need to change authentication level to Low and set the password. Then select "Refresh" from "File" menu.

Errors that you are seeing are because ACE 5000 doesn't implement them. Those attributes are try to read only once.

BR,
Mikko

Hi Mikko,

Thanks for your quick answer. The meter we have is quite old , and we do not have any password on it. Do you know if the password of the meter be related to its serial number or is something that i will need to ask to the manufacturer?

Best Regards

Kurumi

Hi,

You can try the default PW.

You need to ask it from the manufacturer if that doesn't work.

Mikko
