Hello,
I’m getting hourly load profile (1.1.99.1.0.255) successfully from Kamstrup 382M meter.
But when I’m trying to read the same data from Kamstrup 351C meter, I’m getting back secondary values (1.1.1.8.0.129 not 1.1.1.8.0.255) of A14 (imported active energy ). The same with reactive energy.
Does anybody have any idea what I’m doing wrong or how to change that? I’m reading it remotely from UDP 4059 with client 0x12 from physical server 0x10 and logical server 0, using low authentication with default password.
Moi Mikko,
Yes, of course I did refresh (F5) to get the fresh association from the meter. Later also created separate instances for the meters. Yes, I'm using GXDLMSDirector.
We have several models from Kamstrup but not 351C, so we can't test this.
I believe that you are not doing anything wrong, the meter is simply configured in this way.
Hi,
Okay. Thanx a lot! I just thought, that maybe I can:
a) create the request manually to get 1.1.[1234].8.0.255 values from the load profile;
b) set somewhere in data registers that hourly profile should have values from the primary measurement system
But yeah, both the options are most likely impossible, because from the manual: "The meter generates load profiles of primary or secondary energy in several predefined intervals". And as I'm using low authentication it's most probably impossible to write something to the meter.
Hi,
Hi,
Have you refreshed your association view after you have selected the 351C, or have you created your own instance for both of the meters?
Meters can also be configured differently. Are you using GXDLMSDirector or something else?

Mikko

I believe you should ask this from meter vendor.
