The optical probe is causing most of the problems. Do you have USB2serial converter and then probe is using RS-232 or is your optical probe using direct USB?
Your values seem to be OK. Make sure that default values are not changed for the meter. Example the baud rate.
I have the converter and then the 232 probe.
I have also tested by port 232 directly and still does not answer.
With the landys + gyr e450 he answers me and I read the values perfectly
If you have a converter and then 232 probe it might cause problems. Power levels are too low.
This is happening all the time. Try to connect using probe where is USB connector.
Try to change baud rate to 9600 and 4800. Serial port is always a problem because baud rate can be anything and if it's wrong, the meter doesn't reply.
I can not communicate. I have as the link address "23213" and as the address of the measuring point "1". A landis + gyr e550. Where should the previous data go? Thank you
Hello
I have been reporting the protocol and for communication the frames should start with 10 or 16.
Looking at the log no plot begins with this sequence.
Is the IEC part wrong or am I missing something important?
Thank you

Hi,
DLMS frames start always with 0x7e. I believe that you are using IEC protocol at the moment.
