Retrieves or sets the waiting time of the packet.
Remarks
WaitTime indicates, for how long GXCom waits for the reply packet, before trying to
resend the packet. The value is given in milliseconds. By default, the WaitTime of GXClient
is used.
If the wait time is -3, the transfer protocol (for example TCP/IP) determines the time.
To use WaitTime of GXClient, set WaitTime of the GXPacket to �2.
If set to �1, waiting time is infinite.
