Retrieves the number of packets in the buffer.
Parameters
currentVal ( Int32 %)
Amount of packets in the buffer.
minVal ( Int32 %)
Minimum limit for the amount of packets in the buffer.
maxVal ( Int32 %)
Maximum limit for the amount of packets in the buffer.
Remarks
The media must be selected, before this method is called.
