I would like to send a command to the meter.
For example 0.0.96.3.10.255 (Disconnect control) -> connect / reconnect circuit breaker (or any other possible command)
In .NET the command would be like this:
GXDLMSData prt = new GXDLMSData("OBIS_CODE");
prt.setDataType(pos, DataType.BITSTRING);
GXBitString dt = new GXBitString("010");
prt.setValue(dt);
device.reader.writeObject(prt, 2);
Could you please tell me how to replace this in Python? Is there a similar function or method?
def write(self, item, attributeIndex):
data = self.client.write(item, attributeIndex)
self.readDLMSPacket(data)
Hi Manuel,
Hi Manuel,
Check the client example:
https://github.com/Gurux/Gurux.DLMS.Python/tree/master/Gurux.DLMS.Clien…
Code looks like this:
prt = GXDLMSData("OBIS_CODE")
prt.setDataType(2, DataType.BITSTRING)
prt.value = GXBitString("010")
reader.write(prt, 2)
BR,
Mikko
