I am having some problems with a Landis and Gyr Prepayment/Prepaid meter (Sample Unit) E460, regarding DisconnectControl.
I can read the values from the meter, but for some reason, I cannot write a command back to it,
the image indicates the presence of the DisconnectControls.
My question is, is this a access control issue that I do not have write access to the DisconnectControl object to "reconnect/disconnect"?
I have low authentication, client and server addresses 1, and a password provided to me.

Hi Ruhan,
Hi Ruhan,
We don't have L+G E460 here so I can't verify this. What authentication level you are using?
Can you post the trace from the disconnect event? Please, send only a disconnect event trace, not the whole trace file.
BR,
Mikko
